| REHEARSAL
This schedule is active as of Sunday, July 25, 2010. Please note where the rehearsal will take place. No food or gum is permitted at rehearsal. Please bring water (REAL WATER ONLY, not vitamin water or flavored water, please.) Please wear dance shoes or sneakers. No sandals or flip flops - - - no excuses :)

TECH WEEK!
The following will all take place @ Brick Township High School.
All rehearsals will remained closed.
Safety: Children are not allowed out of the dressing rooms during the performance or intermission. They may meet friends and family AFTER a performance. Guests are not allowed backstage for any reason. Under no circumstance is a man to enter a female dressing room.
Food: The only food allowed in the dressing rooms will be pretzels and water. No exceptions. Please eat before you come. Children may not eat anything else during intermission. Aside from pretzels and water, no food may be purchased from our snack stand for any cast member. ABSOLUTELY NO GUM, please.
Costumes: All Cast members MUST change out of their costumes before greeting friends and family members after a show.
Hair: Hair must be pulled back enough to show a profile. Further Hair instructions/information will be given out during the week.
MakeUp: Information will be given during the week.
We ask that all cast members respect the adults backstage as they are there to help. Disrespectful or unsuitable behavior will not be tolerated.
Sunday 8/1:
Full Cast: 2pm - 8pm: Wear shoes you will be wearing for the show. Please bring any costume items that were your responsibility (possibly shirts, leotards, shoes, etc). You may bring food. No peanut product, please!
Monday 8/2:
5:45pm - 9:45pm: Shoes, Costumes

REHEARSAL CONFLICT
A Rehearsal Conflict sheet needs to be submitted whenever a child will be missing a rehearsal. Please submit it at least three days prior to your child missing rehearsal. Heather needs to know in advance who will not be at rehearsals. Conflict sheets can be emailed to info@bcct.org.

PARENT SCHEDULE
July 29 - Full Run through
A full run through for our lighting designer and crew 5:45 - 9:45.
Saturday, July 31 - crew only
(No children at the school except leads). This day we will mark the set places and go
through all special effects (fog, fire, snow, projections, sound effects
etc.) Time 2:00 - 8:00.
Sunday, August 1
Officially tech for the kids, crew, costumes,
props, hair and make up, will begin
Monday, August 2
Run Act I
Tuesday, August 3
Run Act II
Wednesday, August 4
Run the whole show
Thursday, August 5
Dress rehearsal. We may have people in the audience, and will hopefully
not stop the run of the show.
For our new parents - Getting the set ready for our show is an
ongoing effort beginning tomorrow. We will be working on the set, until
opening night. Any and all help is welcome.

and yellow as well as black and white flannel pants and shorts. If we
